Lucy will not see you just once. You will initially undergo a thorough assessment and consultation in order for her to truly understand your body and what type of treatment plan is best suited for you to gain maximum results. She was part of the second year of Exercise Physiology students to complete their degree in Australia and therefore has a vast experience when it comes to designing individual programs and assessing clients. The more challenging the better!
She says, "After completing years of training in Western Health I believe that there is still much to learn in terms of treating the body of its pain and conditions. If there was one sure cure for something, we would all be doing it! I strongly believe we need to take time for ourselves to listen to what our body is telling us and treat accordingly.”
Lucy has a strong interest in combining Eastern philosophy with Western techniques when it comes to treating her clients as well as herself. Every client is an individual as so every session is individually designed. Lucy has worked with several professional athletes over the years, including WSL pro-surfers Ross-Clarke Jones, Mason Ho and Dusty Payne.
