Jace completed his Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science at James Cook University in Cairns and then a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Exercise Rehabilitation at Federation University in Ballarat in 2011. After completing his studies, he worked in a variety of roles practicing and volunteering to gain experience — all under the guidance of some brilliant GPs and physiotherapists. Jace initially practiced locally in retirement villages, medical clinics and within local sporting clubs and soon recognised the importance of establishing quality networks within the ‘Allied Health’ field. These networks enable him to refer and utilise a variety of treatments for individuals presenting with specific conditions, injuries and varying levels of abilities.

Jace prioritises a continued focus on expanding his knowledge base. He recently completed his ‘Strength & Conditioning, Level 1 Coaching’, his ‘Functional Movement System’ accreditation and also his ‘Exercise Level 1 in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation’. All these respective treatment methods allow him to provide well-rounded and individually specific exercise programs for all levels of health. Jace’s programs focus on functionality and looking at the ‘whole picture’ when exercising with old issues and both short and long-term injuries. This direction will help you achieve your strongest, most energetic and healthiest lifestyle possible through the prescription of programs that continue to be sustainable, motivating and give you the opportunity to be the best version of yourself possible.

Outside of his work, Jace obviously loves his fitness and trains wherever and whenever possible. He also coaches local football and has a keen attention to detail when it comes to improving individual and team performance. Away from fitness and sport, he has 2 beautiful young girls with his partner, Kierlie, who he spends as much time as he can with. Their lives are super busy and often spent with amazing friends and family enjoying anything and everything Geelong and the Surfcoast have to offer.
